The whole process of the petrochemical industry involves flammable and explosive dangerous goods. timely discovery abnormalities or failures in is crucial to ensure production safety. This paper sets up approach build Digital Twin System (DTs) a process. Specifically, we decompose into five levels one by digital twin plug-in for each component layers, then inversely decouple assemble DTs layer layer. As specific experimental example, characteristic proposed modules temperature field pressure flow field, these DT are driven practical industrial sampling data from cracking furnace, three DTS stated above integrated form DTS.
